Our Approach
As Master Certified Coaches our approach is rooted in neuro linguistic programming, cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness. We focus on your present life experience to help you navigate the experience you desire. We work collaboratively with clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. We believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery.
