Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals identify and achieve their personal goals. The coach works with the client to create a plan of action and provides support and guidance throughout the process. Life coaching is a professional service that aims to support individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals, while also promoting personal growth, empowerment, and positive change. Life coaching involves a collaborative partnership between the coach and the client, where the coach provides guidance, support, and motivation to help the client unlock their full potential and make meaningful changes in their life. 


Life coaching sessions can vary in length, but typically last between 60 to 90 minutes. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client.


Coaches typically focus on the present and the future, working with clients to set goals and develop action plans to achieve them. They may explore some aspects of the past that are relevant to the client's current situation, but generally place more emphasis on forward progress. 

Therapists often work with clients to delve into their past experiences, childhood, and early relationships to gain insight into their current challenges and patterns of behavior. Therapy tends to address unresolved issues and unpack traumas that may be affecting the client's present functioning. 


Individual Coaching: We have monthly packages based on the frequency and time you spend with your coach, which will be discussed during your free consultation call. 


Corporate/Educational Consultation:  Everything we do for our corporate clients is designed to support the needs and goals of the organization. Please contact us to discuss the budget.
